I have been WooCommerce Stripe, this is their support email: Automattic <help@automattic.com> here is their case# Your request (4623622) has been updated If you want to get in touch with them ,you can use their email that I provided.
Here is more information they sent me, hope this can help, because I need to get my website set up properly so that I’ll be able to accept orders again. If you need anymore information from me please let me know.
I generally conclude that it appears the above error is related to a Stripe payment gateway called “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce”, this plugin is developed and supported by Payment Plugins / support@paymentplugins.com, their support page can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-stripe-payment/?view=all
I just wanted to make a quick update regarding my investigation result.
You initially reported the following error textI have a failed Secret Key or a Webhook. This what they wrote me. Error processing payment. Reason: Invalid API Key provided: 111#Chec*#111 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
