Multisite blog posts issues

Hi,
i have WordPress multisite mode + Buddypress network mode (not multiblog), website have main site and 3 subsites, the buddypress activity page (main site) show all blog posts of entire network (subsites) but if enable rtMedia will hide and block new blog posts and his notifications.

Hello @zaidimohammedcherif

rtMedia doesn’t have an option or functionality that can hide blog posts or notifications in the activity stream. I’m not why this is happening to you but conflicting with any other plugin/theme might be a reason or something that we need to find out.

Did you check it while having all the other 3-rd party plugins deactivated(except BuddyPress and rtMedia) and with a default WP theme?

Hi,
this is semo website multisite mode new installed with only (Buddypress and rtMedia) and default theme, without any other plugin or theme.

Subsite : https://subsite.dzaircity.com
Activity : https://dzaircity.com/activity
Site health : https://imgur.com/a/uRpKRPM
CPanel PHP Config : https://imgur.com/a/O1NJql1

you can see activity page show only blogpost of main site only and with issue (image hidden) and not show blog post of subsite !
but if i disable rtMedia will show both without any issue.

It will require further investigation (i.e debugging the issue on your site) to find out the actual problem. Can you please debug the issue and share us if any error on the error log? Or you can ask help to debug the problem by our team
