I am not entirely sure what you mean by “Pending” products? Are they pending for review in Facebook itself? If so, then I guess its just a matter of time before they are approved or dispproved.

They are on status “pending review” on woocommerce.

The plugin only takes products that have a status “publish”:
'post_status' => 'publish'
So it really should not add products that have a status “pending review”. Are you sure they have this status and are in your refreshed feed?
