    Hi,
I have mapped all the fields to the GTIN information and inputed the GTIN information in the product fields. Howevere, Google is pulling through some products as approved and others with incorrect / missing GTIN nubers, I have dne the same thing with all products and can’t get this to work.

    Help!

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your GTIN’s.

When your GTIN’s are being flagged as being incorrect then there is not much we can do about that unfortunately. You need to make sure you add official GTIN’s to your feed that match the official GTIN guidelines (we have described those here: https://adtribes.io/i-need-help-with-my-gtins/). Do your GTIN’s meet these criteria?

    Hi,

I have taken the GTN information from the manufacturer and compared it to those already in Google Ads, under shopping.

    For example 8718181289658

Yes seems fine to me, however when Google flags that as an invalid GTIN then you would have to reach out to Google’s support asking why they consider it being a wrong GTIN number.

Did you make sure the GTIN is actually in the feed?

Yes the GTIN is in the feed

I also checked if the GTIN is valid and it is. I checked here: https://gepir.gs1.org/index.php/search-by-gtin

So I suggest you reach out to Google asking why they disapprove of it.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Should you ever require our help again, don’t hesitate to reach out or open a new topic.
