Wrong price

    Hello there,

    First I want to thank you guys for making this plugin, I have an issue that always happens with the data export, the plugin sends the wrong price for some items when creating the feed, sometimes these prices are old prices we had in the past but not currently, another issue is sometimes the plugin will create duplicated items.

    PLease advise.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    • Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or running server-side caching? If so, changes are that you are looking at an old cached version of your feed that shows the old product prices. Make sure to clear all caching and to exclude the feed URL’s from being cached
    • When you have duplicate products in your feed then changes are the feed got stuck during processing. This usually happens when the plugin is running into server configuration limitations such as a maximum allowed CPU/memory usage or a maximum execution time limit. You should be able to find proof of that in your WooCommerce fatal error logs of yesterday/today. This is where you can find those WooCommerce fatal error logs. You might be able to solve this by increasing those server limits or alternatively by lowering the batch size of the plugin. By default the plugin processes 750 products per batch. Try lowering this to 250 to see if it makes a difference. This is how you can lower the batch size:https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
