Multiple entries sent in single email

A website I manage has a contact form using contact form 7 to allow users to request appointments with my client. The client has informed me that she is getting multiple forum submissions per email which is causing confusion. I haven’t found a setting where that can be changed or made an option. How do I ensure each form submission is sent as a separate individual email?
