You should usually be able to see the top/trending posts and search terms from the Jetpack > Site Stats page:
YOUR_SITE_URL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats
In addition, you can see more enhanced stats from your WordPress.com dashboard at:
https://wordpress.com/stats/day/YOUR_SITE_DOMAIN
@ihenetudan thanks those options are working fine. but these options on the dashboard “widget” keep resetting to default. No matter what I change any of these options to it just shows the default setting

Hi @ethosveritas,
I am not sure if I got this right: are you having an issue with the stats for the top posts of the month and the top search items for the year not displaying at all on the Stats widget/dashboard, or you’d like to have these stats displayed per your settings, instead of the default stats?
If you’re having trouble seeing the stats, we’d love to take a closer look at your site, so we need to know your site URL.
In case this is a suggestion you’d like to see implemented in Jetpack, you can propose this feature request here: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/new?assignees=&labels=%5BType%5D+Feature&template=feature-request.yml&title=Feature+Request%3A
Hi @erania-pinnera if you look at the screenshot i’ve linked in my previous reply. For instance the “show top posts over”. Default is ‘the past day’. if I change it to ‘the past week’ and hit submit, it will return back to the default ‘the past day’.
this also happens with “Show top search terms over”, it will always default to ‘the past week’. “Chart stats by” will default to ‘day’
I hope that’s making sense. I can see all these when I go to the Jetpack site stats. My issue is just the misbehaving widget on the dashboard. It’s the same behaviour on 3 of my sites.
