The chat icon isn’t clicking when the 3CX server is selected but when the standalone is selected, it works. we are trying to connect the LiveChat to our 3cx server so as to get calls and messages from the site directly to our 3cx consoles. how do we get this working?

Hello @sharonagwah ,

From the developer console tools I can see that there is an error with the CORS configuration. Can you please check that the configuration on Step 1 is in place?

I’ve followed the steps again as suggested. But same result.
the icon isn’t clicking.
