Hi there
The issue could be with the GDPR plugin you are using. Can you try temporarily deactivating that and see if it makes a difference?
Hello,
Even by disabling the Complianz GDPR plugin (already done by disabling all plugins except Jetpack)
and by clearing the caches and using different browsers, the images are still not visible with Jetpack
example of a random images:
https://i2.wp.com/www.mesbonnesrecettes.com/storage/2021/11/barre-cereale.jpg?resize=500%2C500&ssl=1
I get this:
We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)
Hi there
It looks like you’ve disabled Jetpack’s image CDN now.
However, I tested loading the image you mentioned via a French/German vpn and I didn’t have any trouble with it. Have you tried enabling it again to see if the issue is resolved?
Hello, yes indeed I had disabled this function.
I just reactivated it and I see that my images are there with your CDN.
I do not know why for more than 2 months this function did not work any more on my site it is a mystery.
Hoping that this function works again permanently.
So I leave your CDN activated on my site. And thank you for looking into my problem.
I would just like to know why I had this bug?
Hi @isidore1964,
I am glad to hear that your issue is solved at the moment – let’s hope it stays that way and it won’t reoccur 🙂
As for the reasons causing it, we can’t really tell you much about that as we might need more information and more digging about that. My hunch is a possible block happening somewhere, but I can’t really say. We might need server logs to try tracking down what happened.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or doubts, and we’re happy to assist you.
