It doesn’t work on custom product template

    Hello,

    I want to use this plugin on a custom product template but it doesn’t work. It works on the Woocommerce default product template but not on my own although it’s installed as my normal template. How can I fix this?

    Hello there,
    We hope you are doing well!

    Unfortunately, we can´t help you with this type of customization, all the WordPress environments are uniques, that reason makes it complicated for to us bring you a good answer about “make it compatible”.

    You should check all the errors on your log and try to have a similar WooCommerce structure if you want to make it works.
