Emails go to junk/spam, no matter what
-
Hi
Thank you for your time and dedication to this project. I’m really wanting to make the most out of it and support it.
However, since the very beginning, every single time an email is sent to a customer (WooCommerce) or WP user (eg. Post SMTP send test email) – the emails go to the junk/spam folder.
For a couple of years, I’ve had it set up with Sendgrid. Emails send successfully, but always received by customers to their junk folder, and this is a huge problem for an ecommerce store.
Recently, I changed the Post SMTP set up to use a 365 account directly. It is set up exactly as per your recommendations; all details are correct. The email sends just fine, but again, all emails continue to go to junk.
There are zero reputation issues with my domain – it is 100% clear. When I send emails from any other device/client, I have zero deliverability issues. I’m on a highly reputable and secure server (running Litespeed). It is only when sending from WordPress that all emails end up in junk/spam folders.
There is no sending error, and appears to be no issues with configuration whatsoever. The emails send, but they go to spam, which is devastating to business and very frustrating.
I would deeply appreciate guidance to fix this. Note: I am not using your 365 extension, as it is not currently available.
How do I configure Post SMTP so that all emails go to the inbox, and never to junk/spam?
Many thanks.
