    Hello
I´ve used Jetpack since a couple of years and not I get the following error message:

The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://xxx.net [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 52: Empty reply from server]

I´ve tried to deactivate/reactivate the plugin as well as uninstalled/reinstalled the plugin. No success.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Michael

    Hi Michael

While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:
    https://xxx.net/xmlrpc.php

This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:

XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

You can see a working example here:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php

Since your site returns a ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR error for this page, I would recommend contacting your host to see if they can help resolve that error for you.

Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to https://wordpress.com.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi Dan
Thanks for your help and information. The site is not https://xxx.net, I replaced the URL and with xxx.net. The page I need help with is mentioned under the point “The page I need help with”.

I will get in contact with my host.

    BR,
    Michael

    Hello there, Michael.

I know you said you’ve tried reinstalling, but can you try these exact steps in order to make sure there is a clean connection between your site and Jetpack?

    1. From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > “Manage site connection” from your left-hand menu.

    2. Click the “Disconnect” button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.

    3. Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.”

    4. Completely uninstall Jetpack.

    5. Deactivate all of your plugins aside from WooCommerce-related ones.

    5. Install the newest version of Jetpack.

    6. Activate only Jetpack alongside WooCommerce.

    7. In Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > “Manage site connection,” Click the “Set up Jetpack” button and continue through the approval process.

    8. Check to see if Jetpack is now connected successfully. If so, you can try activating your other plugins one-by-one to see if any of them change the issue.

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

Also, apologies for messing up the order number. 🙂 If you follow them from top to bottom, that should hopefully do the trick.
