Login Using My Tickets/Submit Tickets

    whenever i try logging in using myticket/submit ticket page, the page refreshes. On enabling WP-DEBUG = TRUE. i see following error

    Hi @haz02

    It looks like this plugin is interfering with another plugin, The fastest way to find out for sure is to start by temporarily switching your theme to one of the basic WP themes (e.g.2015/16/17/19/20). Then, if the issue still keeps happening, try turning off other plugins one by one until the problem disappears. The last one that you turned off before the problem is fixed is the one conflicting.

    Let me know if the issue persists.

    by changing the theme, it worked ? do u know how can i resolve it?

    sorry it didnt resolve anything, i still see the same error even though changing theme and disabling all plugins

    okay its because of wordfence security plugin. However when i write wrong password the page just refreshes

    Update: Everything is fixed, it was my plugins issue. Thanks @jahmedas for the help. Earlier i think it was because of cache. But the error remains same on “my tickets” page

    This error does not bothers me , but i am happy awesome support is working and proper error messages are displayed. Looking forward to get this error resolved in future releases of plugin

    These messages are notice messages (double checked with the development area) and therefore they won’t affect the behaviour of the site. If the messages are displayed on the site, turn the debug flags off.
