Hello,

Is there any way we can update an email address which is waiting in the queue to receive the emails? We can see teh user has made a mistake (.con instead of .com). How can we do this?

Thanks for your question!

The data customer has provided at the moment is not easily editable. I’m afraid at the moment the only option is to open up your database, locate CartBounty table and change the user’s email in the correct cell.

OK but can we manually get the link to the customers saved cart and send the email manually with a discount code?

Our Pro version allows to export abandoned carts https://www.cartbounty.com/faq/#how-to-export-abandoned-carts and there along with the data will be generated links that you can use to send your customer.
