    I need the phone op-in to work properly in order for SendInBlue to receive the lead.

    When the phone number field is just a text field – it makes it very easy for the visitor to submit the their number in the wrong format. SendInBlue requires international format even for USA numbers.

    When the number is submitted incorrectly – my list doesn’t get updated with any of the visitor of the information. SendInBlue does not even receive their email optin, regardless of them filling out the form.

    If I can’t get this worked out, the plug-in will not work for me. I’m trying my best to fix the integration errors for SendInBlue, as it is my email and sms provider.

    I have opened a ticket, but I was told to just leave it as is. This however doesn’t solve the issue I am having.

    I have purchased the PRO version and so far I am stuck at integration issues.

    Please note that WordPress does not allow us to talk about premium versions on their forum. This forum is only meant for the free version. So next time, please use the ticketing system on our website, thanks!

    We didn’t tell you to leave it as it is, but we recommend you to add a custom text field to ask for the phone number. This negates the special sendinblue validation until we can talk to them on how to fix this.

    I did open a ticket and you did in fact reply – however I did not open a ticket again and instead I replied to your email. Is this ok?

    Apologies for using this forum for the premium version. I was going over other people’s issue and thought this forum received a priority response time.

    I have not been able to add a custom field, as there is no option to change any of the input types for SendInBlue.

    Please let me know if I should open a new ticket or if you received my email reply. Thank you,
