On checking your Jetpack connection, I found this error:
It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types.
You can see that the XML-RPC file is not loading correctly by loading it in your browser. It currently returns a “406 Not Acceptable” response.
What we need is for this to be accessible so that Jetpack can communicate with the WordPress.com servers. Since your site returns a “406 Not Acceptable” error for this page, I would recommend that you check the following:
- Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file.
- Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your host.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to https://wordpress.com.

Can you try deactivating all plugins except for Jetpack and WooCommerce to see if there is another plugin conflicting?
If not, can you try deactivating all Jetpack modules as described here?

If that helps, you can activate them one by one to see if a specific feature is causing issues.
If the issue remains, can you try using a plugin like Query Monitor to see what queries are run on checkout, and which ones are the longest?

Thank you, I instal Query Monitor and I found in wich line is happen I beleve.
is about class.jetpack.php line 420 ^self::$instance = new Jetpack();^
I delete this line and now the thank you page is loading after 3 – 4 sec.
I hope that is the problem, now I am not sure if is good to delete that line
From what I see if I delete that line I uninstall the plugin.
I don t know what to do more.
I try also just woocomerce and Jetpack and is also 12 second, without Jetpack just woocomerce 2 seconds.
My problem is what I dont understand is I have 2 site asame thems asame plugin and there is working also with Jetpack the checkout page in 2 – 4 seconds.

Thanks for looking into the Query Monitor, this seems odd that it’s only happening with that specific site; however, it appears that the Jetpack connection is broken again now, because of your XML-RPC endpoint that’s currently returning a “Not acceptable – 406” response, as you can see here.
As we’ve discussed initially in the previous replies, having a broken Jetpack connection can cause issues with the plugin, so I’d suggest first getting this sorted once for all, and see what’s causing it in the first place.
When this is done, you can reach out to us privately here and we’ll look further into this, make sure you mention this thread, so we have more information.

Yes, because I delete the plugin, Because no one have a solution.
I explain I test just Plugin Jetpak toghether with woocomerce and defaul theme and how I say with Jetpak I have 12 sec to waint until thankyou page is load and without plugin I have 2 seconds.
To the suport I sent also the video.
And the plugin is off.

Specifically, the WooCommerce Analytics module is the one we suspect may be affecting this. Can you try deactivating that and see if it helps?

I test also before this and now I instal Jetpack again I dezactivate WooCommerce Analytics, but no diference. thankyou page is coming after 12 second and I test also from Desktop(google chrome and Microsoft Edge) also smartphone.
