For what marketing channel are you trying to create a product feed? Most are not accepting parent variable products in feeds for reasons explained in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/can-i-add-mother-products-to-my-feed-and-leave-out-the-variations/
You could choose to only add the default product variation to your feed though:

It’s about Facebook. The option you offer is not good because:
Let’s say I set a variation of shoes 36 to appear in the catalog. However, after 3 days, variation 36 ends and disappears from the catalog. Actually, I still have the numbers 37,38,39,40, but the product is no longer in the catalog.
I like your plugin, but I think it’s a big gap in it. Isn’t there a way to fix this thing?

Thats how Facebook and the plugin works. You do have to make sure that you have an item_group_id in your feed as that will take care of grouping the sizes together in your catalogue.
