What plugin provides the customer data page?
@sterndata Do we have to use a plugin to provide the customer data page? I’m not sure I have any support for it. How can I check? Thanks
That’s not a core feature; it must be coming from a plugin or theme.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.
@sterndata I mean that I can not access the “Customer data” tab on the “Users” tab on WP backend. See here: https://ibb.co/VtvVZ1C. It is a feature on the WP

Right. The question is “what put that tab there”. Once we know that, I can tell you which plugin team to ask for help. It is NOT a core WP feature. As I said, it’s coming from a plugin or your theme.
@sterndata I did install the Health Check plugin but where is the troubleshooting tab? I found it

@sterndata I found it comes from the “Follow-Up Emails” plugin
