The way that Jetpack’s comments and image displays work out-of-the-box are the only ways we can directly support.
Any custom post types or code or integration with lightboxes and themes would be out of the scope of our support. If you can’t figure out a way to accomplish what you’re wanting to do, you’re welcome to consult with a developer to see if they can help you achieve it, of course.

Hello,
I‘m looking for the following possibility.
I show a gallery on my WordPress site, and I need the option that the pictures can be commented from users.
But I use a „gallery“ custom field which is filled trough a Frontend form. This custom field add the pictures from the Frontend form with the help of Elementor and the custom field in a custom post type.
Can your plugin enable comments on a lightbox gallery which is created with Elementor and custom fields?
