Delete picture file in i2.wp.com

Hi,
We have deleted a portrait in our website following a request of the person portrayed, months have passed and still a copy of the said picture can be found (and was found by the same person asked to remove its pic) on the www.

Can you pls permanently delete the following?
https://i2.wp.com/www.yekum.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/nachman-gershonovitz.jpg?fit=3456%2C4199
(and all its possible versions)

It would be nice to know of a way to delete those cached pics without having to address you.
