@mindeescookingobsession Hi there, thanks for opening your topic.
Can you confirm you’ve added the page attachment in the Design Panel? You can use Jumpshare to take a screenshot.
What do you mean add the page attachment? I have to add that option into the design panel? Or do you mean add a URL in the page attachment box? I know how to do that but the page attachment box is no longer in the design panel. I emailed you a screenshot.
@mindeescookingobsession Correct, adding a URL in the page attachment box. Could you send a screenshot here using the service mentioned above or similar? What does your Design Panel look like? When you create a new page and click on the canvas, does the page attachment field appear?

As mentioned before, no the attachment field is not there. When clicking on the canvas, then selecting design the options are, size & position, layer, filters, border, corner radius, animation, link accessibility, in that order.
Thank you @mindeescookingobsession
When you add a new page, does it appear?
Who is your hosting provider?
Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.
No, it does not appear on a new page. I host with Big Scoots and my site health is good. I emailed you the site health info.
Hi @mindeescookingobsession
To see the page attachment option, you need to select the story page background first. You can do so by clicking on the background on the canvas or by clicking on the “Background” layer in the layers panel in the bottom right of the editor.
Then you should see all options relevant for the background, including the page attachment:

Thank you! Just FYI…this is not at all where the help section tells you it is.
