Refresh Results fails – error while analyzing

After putting few changes of pages title, meta descriptions and adding keywords to them all pages when editing started to freeze and when I added page with contact information I stopped being able to re-analyze seo results. It takes very long time for edit pages to load and when scrolling they are freezing, when trying to open few at once they just stop loading (no info in Console/Network developer tabs). What I did wrong?

When trying to use Refresh Results button I get response:
