.Docx file upload issue

    In the link above I have added 3 forms 1. for image submission, 2. for document submission and 3. for video file submission.

    The issue that’s bothering is image and video files are being submitted without any trouble but the .docx file submission shows error
    “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again”

    I have tried multiple documents and multiple credentials, but unfortunately the result was same.

    Kindly look into it!

    Sorry to know about the issue and thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please confirm if .docx is an allowed filetype under the settings tab of the uploads field.

    Can you please export the form and share it with us via Google Drive or DropBox so that we can take a closer look at this?

    Hey Nebu John,

    Yes, the entire list for documents is checked/allowed that includes .doc and .docx too.

    I have downloded the export file, can I get the gdrive or dropbox id so i could send it to you there.

    You can upload it on your Google Drive account and send the link.

    If you would like to send the Google drive link in a private mode you can use this:
