@mouli thanks for reply.
I know you guys don’t endorse the other plugin. So I had to use that plugin to work at the moment and clients make their checkout through instead use yours.

I will switch the themes and disable all the plugins.
The thing is that was working about a month ago and since then stop working properly as I said below, users can’t type anything in the inputs.

@simplysaru I added the theme support and I’m still having trouble to display the cc input fields.
