users can not send tickets

    hi , the problem is that when a user want to send a ticket and hit the submit buttom, the ticket is not send and an error appeared<<It is mandatory to provide a description for your issue.>>
    i do not know why… can any one help me?

    Hello @amirarsalann

    I tried to access the page but it seems you have removed the Plugin/link. After activating the plugin please check again if the issue persists, This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem. Let me know if the issue persist.
