Email link from Shop purchase doesn’t work

Hi everyone
I am not sure if this is the same issue as I see reported in earlier posts – as I am not that technical 🙂
I have a Woo Commerce shop, and when a customer makes a purchase for a digital product they are sent an email with the link. That link returns this error:
{“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method.”,”data”:{“status”:404}}I have had the team at WPsmtpMail have a look at it and they can’t see anything wring from their end, and have suggested I make post here.

As a first step, could you please share your digital downloadable product settings as found under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products? You could use a tool like https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this chat.
Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In the Plugin WP-SMTP-MAIL there is a new setting for tracking emails. Once that was switched off the links work again.
