PayPal checkout doesn’t work anymore

Hi there!

I’ve been using Forminator to process orders but for about a week or so, the PayPal form stopped working, it gives an “Error! Invalid payment amount!” message every time. I haven’t changed anything, especially not the prices of the products.

I created a copy of the original page which only contains a copy of the original Forminator form set to sandbox mode and enabled debug mode as well.

The issue is easily reproducible with both payment forms (PayPal or Credit Card). The value to pay should be the value just above the payment section (6990 HUF with the default settings) and that’s also correctly reflected on the PayPal page when choosing that method.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @gszucs

I hope you are doing good today.

I haven’t changed anything, especially not the prices of the products.

Apart from form settings, does any kind of change on the site was made like:
– plugins/theme updates
– new plugins installation

Base on errors from the browser console form is set up now to use the sandbox, is that correct?

Hi Kris!

I have not added new plugins lately, but I keep them up to date, so new versions were installed definitely.

Indeed, this test page I attached is using the sandbox env, but I get the same error on live as well.

@wpmudevsupport13 Do you have any ideas/suggestions? Since we can’t process any live payments, this is kind of a bad situation for us at the moment.
