Stories not showing in /web-stories

    Hello, this website has two stories created and published but the /web-stories/ page is empty, there’s no content on it.

    I’ve disabled all plugins and used the Health Check plugin to switch to a default WP theme but still have no clue about why they’re no showing up.

    Any ideas?

    @mairag Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Could you share a few details and also try the following:

    1. Go to Settings -> Permalinks
    2. Click on “Save Changes” without doing anything
    3. See if this still happens

    Are you using any other story editor besides Web Stories?

    Are you using any redirection plugins?

    Hello!

    I’ve saved the permalinks but still not working.

    There’s no other stories editor in use, we had a redirection plugin added, but after disabling it, there’s no difference…

    Does the /web-stories/ page show your stories when you temporarily use another theme?

    Hello, I’ve switched to the Twenty Twenty theme with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and the page was still empty. I have yet to switch themes for real but since it’s a live site I’m letting that as a last resource. I will talk with the client and see if she’s ok with that.
