Previously, the product photos are protruding the page and thus, the photos are covering the description. We believe the release of 10.0 has fixed this issue.

We have experiencing an issue with the carousel underneath the product photo. For instance, we have uploaded some photos to the product gallery and when we try to select the left or right arrow, the photo will stay the same despite if we have uploaded 3 or more photos to the gallery. For products that have a colour swatch, the product photo will not change, i.e. when we select the red, the product photo will remain as the white t-shirt rather than red t-shirt.

Can anyone please help or shed some lights to how to fix this?
    Thank you

  • Hello @chilltee

    Glad to help!

Could you confirm if you are using the WPBakery Page Builder to create the Product Page, or are you using the WooCommerce native theme page?

Looks like the WPBakery Page Builder is outdated, and this could cause the error on the javascript loading for the products.

Since your case requires more security access, could you contact us via this contact form, please?

Please include a link to this thread in your message.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle C.

    Hi Michelle,

    Thank you for your follow-up.
We have installed the latest release version of WPBakery Page Builder and it seems like the problem is still yet to be resolved.

Meanwhile, I have followed your instruction and sent our inquiry via the contact form.

    Thank you
