Import Q&As via CSV

    Is there a way to import a client’s Q&As from a CSV? I tried th ebuilt-in import/export tool but it looks like that’s only for reviews. Also tried other plulgins like WP All Import and WP All Export but they didn’t work. Q&As don’t show up as a post type that can be imported.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev plugin!

    Currently, there is no option to import/export Q&A in our plugin. Q&A works under the comment system of WordPress (like the review) with the comment type cr_qna. If the plugin WP All Import supports importing comment types, you can ask WPAI support to import/export Q&A to your site.
