The problem with avatars

When activating the image upload accelerator, there was a problem with displaying user avatars, namely, standard Gravatar avatars began to be loaded instead of uploaded avatars by users (on the site, users install their avatars instead of standard Gravatar avatars). As a result, users get standard Gravatar instead of their avatars. After turning off the accelerator, the problem disappears, after turning it on, it occurs again. Please tell me how to fix this problem.
For example: now the user has this avatar uploaded https://grand-congress.com/wp-content/uploads/rcl-uploads/avatars/3-70x70.png?ver=1627848195 but the accelerator loads the standard one here https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/f8b830253cbe44cf2de525f0fb4de55e?s=36&d=identicon&r=g

I recommend you contact the plugin developer that you are using and ask them to confirm if the plugin is 100% compatible with the Jetpack Accelerator.

Note that the plugin deactivates Gravatar and shows an uploaded image instead, so it is not related to the Gravatar.
