Raw HTML not working!

I have an insurance website where I got a script for a direct to consumer quoting tool.
The script worked perfectly fine on the page until one random day the tool disappeared off the site.
I look on the backend and it is there perfectly fine but on the front end of the website it is not showing.
I’ve done troubleshooting with my host and they cleared cache and troubleshooted for an hour and still no solution. Can anybody tell me why my script would just disappear and how can I get it back working! This is huge for my business so everyday it’s not working im losing clients!
