Hi,
Thank you for using our plugin.
It is possible that your theme or another plugin has the CSS code that change the width of the reviews section on your site. Screenshot https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuyGjgk
You can follow this solution to troubleshoot this issue https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000611175-troubleshooting-plugins-and-themes
Regarding the review form on the product page, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions > Enable the option Review Form.
Yes I have been wondering this too. This example is a great layout but how to do it?

Hi flinty,
To set up the layout like that please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions:
– Enable the option Reviews Summary Bar
– Enable the option Lazy Load Reviews
– Enable the option Review Form
Hi,
I’m having the same problem, right now my review section had 2 columns. Please refer to the image: https://imgur.com/a/9F9tVBR
This is the live version of it.
Can I make the review full width and the add review go to the bottom? I really want to make it look like this: https://ola.tech/en/product/iphone-11-pro-64gb-midnight-green/
Hi olienet,
It looks like your theme has some extra CSS to style the review section on the product page. You can contact your theme support to ask for removing it or just switch to another theme such as Storefront, Twenty TwentyOne to re-check the issue.

Hi Neo,
Thank you for your response. I’m using Astra Free version with Elementor pro. Is there any other option? Such as put additional CSS to make it work?
Because changing the theme will be too complicated.
Hi Neo,
Another problem that occurs, on the reviews tab beside the description. If I click the “Add a review” button, there is no form and reviews appeared.
