    hi, i have been using the WP optimize plugin for few months no problem.

    however recently, I am trying to do the preload on my website.
    it loaded for 2 seconds and the date of preload is still on 30th June(which is the last time I preload).

    pls assist.

  • @gemmanltd Could you please try to Purge the cache and then try to Preload the urls from WP-Optimize > Cache > Preload and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    Hi I’ve did already.
    I purge the cache regularly

    Hi just tried again as your method.
    Still the same.

    Have you performed a conflict test yet?

    If not – first, please make a full site backup.

    Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

    If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

    Please let us know your findings.

    hi i tried everything.
    still not working

    @gemmanltd Could you please upgrade/downgrade the PHP version on your server and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    hi i justed tried again the weekend.
    and its seems still not working.

    @gemmanltd We have released a new version, could you please try to update to new version and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    tried again. still not working.

    my last preload is still appear on the 30th June.

    @gemmanltd Could you please try to de-activate and delete the plugin and the re-install the plugin and try to purge the cache and then preload and check if it works?

    hi i don’t know how to attach a screenshot.

    but there isn’t any error message.
    after I press “run now” .. it just appear nothing.

    before I reinstall the plugin, everytime I press ‘run now’
    it just say the last time I preloaded i.e. 30th June

    but after I reinstall, it appears nothing, no date or time.

    is should list the date and time after the preload is done.
