@gemmanltd Could you please try to Purge the cache and then try to Preload the urls from WP-Optimize > Cache > Preload and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Have you performed a conflict test yet?
If not – first, please make a full site backup.
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.

hi i don’t know how to attach a screenshot.
but there isn’t any error message.
after I press “run now” .. it just appear nothing.
before I reinstall the plugin, everytime I press ‘run now’
it just say the last time I preloaded i.e. 30th June
but after I reinstall, it appears nothing, no date or time.
is should list the date and time after the preload is done.
