Kindly make sure you have valid product line items present in your WooCommerce order. The packing slip will only be generated if there is at least one valid product.

I don’t know why the product would NOT be valid? It was just ordered from my site and is currently live on my site? How can I confirm that it is a valid product? or why would it not be? thank you so much!

As per our understanding, the product seems to have been deleted from your WooCommerce product page. Currently, packing slips are generated only for currently available products. Thanks for understanding.
