Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I had a look at your feed and those two products are, as you probably are aware of, no duplicates as they differ in size. One is S and the other is M.
I did notice though that you have made a change that is causing the product title’s of those products not to be unique anymore. By default our plugin puts in attribute values in the title’s exactly to prevent these issue from happening with Facebook and Google. I suggest you put the plugin back to the default title settings and mappings so the size is being added to your product name again in your feed which will likely solve the issue at hand.
Why would the title matter? I should be able to make all titles identical if I wanted to, without it affecting the product ID.
Facebook is complaining about the product ID, not the title.
If those are different products (i.e. different sizes) then they should have different IDs, right?
Aha now I see, it is not like 1334 and 1335 are duplicates of each other but they are in your feed twice.
This usually happens when a feed got stuck processing. I suggest you try changing the batch size to 500 (default 750) so it uses less of your server resources and changes of the feed getting stuck becomes less.
This is how you can lower the batch size:
https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
I tried this and the same two IDs are duplicated. What else can I try?
Strange, can you send us the plugin debug.log URL so we can see how you configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve it can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
I already included it in my original post.
Yes I know but I would like you to generate it again so I can see if the feed actually successfully updated or not. So please do these steps again: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Thanks for this. Are you sure you did the entire &debug=true to the URL of the manage feeds page? (which will make a new version of the debug.log)
I am asking because according to the debug.log your feeds or the debug.log itself did not update after the 9th of July, see:

Seems to work now and your feed seems to have updated fine. Can you try putting the batch size on 1000 so it needs only one batch to fully process your feed.
The duplicates are gone when batch size is 1000.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
