    The email is not sent. Have checked my Inbox and Spam/Junk folder and no email.

    Furthermore, in the backend under Users > All Users > Users with Unconfirmed Email Address my email address is there. So I selected “Resend Activation Email” and still no email is sent.

    I am using WordPress version 5.7.2 and Profile Builder 3.4.8

    Hi @wattsyourwebsite,

    Please try installing the Email Logging plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ on your website. It will add a log entry each time the wp_mail() WordPress function is called (our plugins use this function for all of the emails they send).

    You will then be able to go to the Email Log page on your website’s Dashboard to see if the email is being sent.

    If it is listed there then there is a good chance there are filters set up on the server that might block some outgoing emails and I would suggest you contact your web hosting provider and ask them if this is the case.

    Thanks for that. I’ve installed that plugin.
    The email log says the email was sent.
    So I contacted my web hosting provider and they suggested I install an SMTP Plugin for authentication of emails. I have done that and sent a test email.
    All works perfectly when I send a Test Email.

    Next I tested the Register form and again the Mail Log says the Activation email was sent but again I receive nothing. Any ideas?

    Hi @wattsyourwebsite,

    The email sent by Profile Builder appears in the logs but you did not receive it?
    Then you need to contact your host provider and tell them that you are still experiencing this issue.
