site_id mismatch error

    Hi there,

    I transfered my domain from wordpress.com to org hosted on. ionos yesterday and since then, some people have notified me of a message they get instead of seeing my blog : This happens when a personal blog (a self hosted blog using jetpack) is pointed to wordpress.com by DNS. Please update your DNS to point to domain to your own server.

    I don’t understand and I would gladly need your help.

    Hi @crollo –

    It looks like you recently moved your domain from WordPress.com to your new host. There can be a delay of 24 to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate across the Internet, so I am guessing that some people were being routed to the wrong server.

    I tested the DNS change and it looks like changes have propagated for a random sampling of servers:

    https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/itsenglishoclock.com

    I was also able to access your site without issue.
