Hello @maurov8f5
Firstly, sorry for the delay!
There are two settings responsible for showing/hide Custom Fileds for the frontend single page:
1) The global settings “Show custom fields on post content area” from the Frontend Posting Settings and another
2) Individual custom fields data showing option enabled from the form builder- http://prntscr.com/xoeeh8.
Please make sure you have the second/individual option to show each custom field’s meta/data on the frontend.
If you have both options enabled and still not showing, kindly check there is no theme/plugin conflict on the site. You can troubleshoot theme/plugin conflict by following this article or switch to a default WordPress (Twenty Twenty) theme by keeping only the WPUF plugin activated.
I hope this will helps.
thank you for your comprehensive explanations.
It’s weird, I’ve both the options checked, I’m using the “site health” plugin with Twenty Twenty theme and only woocommerce and WPUF activated but I can’t still see the custom fields. some settings in woocommerce?
one of the custom fields is the category, when I click on Preview, this error message appears for category:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\Program files(x86)\Ampps\www\mysite.com\wp-content\plugins\wp-user-frontend\wpuf-functions.php on line 456
Hi @maurov8f5
It seems you are having this issue on your local/development site. So asking for a page URL of your product single page to check the output is foolishness.
So I suggest that you try to reproduce the issue on any of your live/dev/staging sites and if this is still happening. Kindly reach to us from our contact page regarding this topic. I would be glad to assist.
Thanks.
Hi there,
Due to the inactivity of the topic/thread. I’m making this as resolve.
Kindly open a new thread/ticket if you may have further queries.
