    Hai,

    Some of the orders that were updated as “completed” is now shown as “processing”. These orders were set as completed more than 4 or 5 days ago. We are using shiprocket for shipping management and these orders are set by shiprocket. We contacted their support but could’t get any proper solution. I want to know whether this is related to woo-commerce plugin (Version 5.4.1). But this problem has occurred on another website as well and that one uses a bit older version of woocommerce. The plugin that is found common in both these websites is woocommerce and both these websites use shiprocket.

  • Unless it’s changed manually the status of an order is usually defined by the payment method chosen. BACS will show as processing, Paypal shows as processing etc. Could it be related to that?

    Hi @sreejiths72003,

    To get more context, you’ll first want to go to an affected order (WooCommerce > Orders). From there, check whether there are order notes regarding the change of status from Completed to Processing and probably the cause of that change.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    Seems that the order status change from Completed to Processing was done by admin.

    Do you recall updating the order? Also, do you happen to have an automated order status change plugin?
