Suddenly no variable Product are exported

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

So perhaps you mean something different than variable products?

I think you are a bit confused with WooCommerce terminology as variable products are the parent products and those never were part of your feed. I suspect you probably mean product variations.

Anyhow, no changes whatsoever to the plugin have been made recently that could cause the product variations to be removed from feeds so it must be a configuration issue.

Can you share screenshots of your product feed configuration?

I see quite a lot of issues in your field mapping however those probably won’t be responsible for the fact there are no product variations in your feed.

First of all I suggest you disable the “Refresh only when products changed” feature as that will cause the feed not to get refreshed when there are no product changes.

Secondly, you have created 3 exclude filters. Are you sure none of those are responsible for removing your product variations? For example the one on quantity? I would suggest you try removing those exclude filters and update the feed to see if that brings back your variations.

Can you please share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can have a look at your feed configuration and if your feed is even updating properly?

I noticed two things from it, there is still one exclude filter active:

And the last time your feed updated was this morning:

                )

So can you make sure the last exclude filter is also being removed and you are sure the feed gets updated/refreshed?

Are you perhaps using some server-side (object) caching service or plugin that caches your product feeds?
