    I know you can customise the ticket submission form with custom fields but is it possible to have multiple different submission forms.

    For example, going to domain.com/type1 gives me a form with 5 custom fields but going to domain.com/type2 gives me a different form with 8 custom fields?

    OR

    When the category is selected the fields can change depending on the category selected

    I think this might be able to be done via Gravity Forms and your integration to it?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to create multiple forms. There are two ways to achieve this. You can create custom fields according to your requirements and set visibility conditions on them. So when the condition satisfies then the custom field will be visible.

    Another way is to use SupportCandy Gravity Forms integration add-on.

    Ok, I think the visibility conditions might help.
    Do you have any other shortcodes (other than https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/shortcodes/)? If you had shortcode that could preload certain form fields, it would help. Like this example which would preload the “disturbance” category and show custom fields that would be shown for that category:

    [wpsc_create_ticket category=disturbance]

    If not, would you be able to add this to your product roadmap as a feature request?

    Just so it is clear, I was also thinking of being able to pre-populate any of the fields on the form, including custom ones.

    eg
    [wpsc_create_ticket category=disturbance subject=Noise phone=123456]
