Cannot Login with Personal Account

    Hi,

    I have 3 accounts that showup, when it asks which messenger account to set the plugin up with. However, it shows lowellklassen, and not Lowell Klassen. The latter one is my true account. How can I get my true account to show up?

    If I can’t do this, I would atleast like my Profuzion Studio messenger account to give me a notification on my phone when I get a message. I does not do this with a sound, only a “1” when I log into my profuzion studio account. Shouldn’t it notify me anyway?

    Hi @lowellklassen,

    Just to be clear, when you say “accounts”, are you referring to your Facebook Pages? You will need to have an admin role on the FB Page you’d like to connect the Chat plugin to. If the desired Page is not showing up in the list, this is one thing that might be worth checking.

    Hi @facebook,

    I am admin of my Lowell Klassen account. I have deleted the lowellklassen account, because it is not my main one. How can I get the Lowell Klassen account to show as a Page option? Please help.

    Hi @lowellklassen,

    Is your Lowell Klassen Page a regular Page, or part of the New Pages Experience? You can check this in the regular FB interface by clicking on the “Pages” option, and seeing if the Page is listed under “Updated Pages you manage” or “Classic Pages you manage”. If it is listed under the first one, then it is part of the New Pages Experience.

    Unfortunately, as mentioned in our FAQ, Pages which are part of the New Pages Experience are not yet compatible with the Chat plugin, but they can be downgraded to regular Pages, if this is critical.

    Hi @facebook,

    Unfortunately I do not see this information displayed under pages, nor under Page settings. I would really like to interact as my Lowell Klassen page, as my company page does not notify me with a sound on my phone, when someone messages me. Anymore information would be great.
