I have added three links on Product description.

    • cdn
    • media with jpg link
    • media with jpeg link [re-uploaded the file with jpeg format]

The problem is, when view in Edit page, everything is showing fine. But, when I show in View Page, media with jpg [actual image url] is replaced with the actual domain. I am using S3 with custom domain to show the media url. Unless Product description, every where else is working fine. Only facing problem with Description box. If I change the image format to JPEG, that is working fine.

I am using offload media to use S3 and custom sub-domain. Using Hummingbird pro and Smush pro, All in one SEO and others plugin. I have testing in my local environment and staging server, everywhere is working fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @eatherahmed0,

I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/) theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with an image URL server from a CDN having its link altered and replaced with the sites domain name.

When adding the image link I used this button on the product edit screen.

    Image Link: https://cloudup.com/cyAe5rCbMV8

That image then displayed within the product description and retained its CDN based URL.

@stuartduff Thank you. But, still did not solve the problem. This only happens for the Product description part. For everything else is working fine.

    Hey @eatherahmed0,

As you will have seen from our testing it’s not something we’re able to replicate within the WooCommerce product description section.

From what you have described, it could be code from another plugin or theme which has caused a possible conflict and affected the functionality of WooCommerce.

To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.

When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can reopen it again if you need be.

Sorry for late reply. I will check the last suggestions. Yes, you can now mark resolved and if needed, I will reopen the issue.
