Jetpack Twitter sharing has become admin posts only

Our Jetpack has been auto-tweeting scheduled posts to Twitter for years without any problem. I’ve been messing around with a new theme lately, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but now it’s only tweeting posts created by an admin, the posts of normal authors get schedule-published fine but they don’t get tweeted.

I’ve gone into the connection settings (Marketing and Integrations page), Twitter is connected and the checkbox for “Connection available to all administrators, editors, and authors” is checked, but it’s still not tweeting non-admin posts. What am I missing…?
