    Is it possible to add an option to only send a coupon after review for first customers only? I have the pro and if this could be implemented it would be very useful.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    It is possible to send customers a review reminder only once per product. If a customer buys the same product multiple times, the plugin will not send new review reminders after the first review. To enable this option, please refer to this article on our support portal:

    I meant a one-time use coupon for their first review but not allowing the customer to keep getting a coupon for multiple reviews.

    I kinda worded it bad the first time so sorry about that.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible. Stores should be fair to their customers and either send coupons for every review left in response to a review invitation or stop sending review invitations for a specific product if a customer has already reviewed it before.
