    Hello.

Every time I deactivate the Jetpack plugin to troubleshoot something, my Jetpack account disconnects and my Portfolio pages quit working.

Even after I reconnect my Jetack account, my portfolio pages say “Sorry that page doesn’t seem to exist”
    Here’s a screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOuqwnzW

This has happened time and time again. I have written in many times to let you know of the issue.

Can you please fix this issue on my site so my portfolio post type pages start working again. Thank you.

    Hi @clarkag

I checked some of your portfolio pages including the one that you have mentioned in the recording and those all working correctly on my side.

Can you please confirm if the issue is resolved on your side?

Yes, I have to go into editing mode in my page builder, then click on my Portfolio module and click Update. Then these pages start working again.

I have to do this EACH time I disable/enable Jetpack.

If I wasn’t already using the Portfolio page type I would uninstall Jetpack from my site because of this reoccurring issue.

    Hello @clarkag,

That’s an interesting clue to follow. I wonder if this is an issue related ot your theme, in case it conflicts with Jetpack. Did you always have this current theme with the Portfolio turned on?

Let’s rule out a potential theme clash. Can you try to temporarily switch your theme to a default theme (such as Twenty Sixteen) and test that again to see if the problem persists? You’re welcome to use the Theme Switcha plugin to do that:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-switcha/

This plugin lets you change themes without it affecting the way users see your site.

Let me know what you find out, and thanks for sorting this out with us!
