Thanks for reaching out to us.
There is a chance that some special characters won’t be supported by the DOMPDF library that is used in the plugin to convert HTML to PDF. To fix it, please download and install this free addon.
After installing go to Invoice/packing > General settings > General and switch the PDF library to Mpdf under the Other settings section. Try this out and let us know how it is working.
