sure, it’s so simple, with Eduma Education template I activated the plugin PaidMembershipPro and setup the different level one free and other 4 with payment.
On one of this 4 payment, it’s the same for all, I added a discount coupon.
when I put the code on the coupon code field and press Apply appear the error “Error applying discount code [1]”.

Thanks Antonio, the Eduma theme creates a custom checkout page template for Paid Memberships Pro. Could you please disable this template or temporarily test with another theme to see if this issue persists?

I try with another template and seems that the issue don’t happend, at the same time when apply the discount no changes appear, so I see always the subscription price, without the discount, only when make the payment I can see that I have paid the discounted price.
But I need to use the Eduma Theme because is my production theme for my site, so could you keep in touch with the Thimpress team and solve the issue or there are something that I can write them to find and fix the issue?

This seems to be an issue with the Eduma theme, please can you reach out to them as we have no affiliation with ThimPress.
With regards to the discount code not discounting, please enter the amount the user should pay when applying the discount code. If you want a free discount code, please set the price to 0 (or a reduced rate – similar to how you setup the billing settings of a level).
