Official Plugin Code not applied?

    Hello, I have used the official plugin and completed the setup for the chat widget. I whitelisted my domain in the page settings under advanced messaging.

    The issue is that the Facebook chat widget code isn’t actually loaded to the website anywhere. Also, the settings page seems to be stuck in a loop of setting up the chat widget.

    If anyone has any thoughts, I would love to hear them! Thank you so much!

    Can you explain a bit more about what specifically is meant by the settings page is “stuck in a loop”?

    Thank you for getting back to me!

    The settings page is always asking me to “set up” the chat and never changes to let me know it’s working. The code is not appearing on any of my pages and the chat is not visible to my visitors. I am assuming something is wrong with the plugin at this point.

    Hi @windowswill,

    If that’s the case, it seems like the settings aren’t being saved to your local database. Can I confirm that you have full admin access to the WordPress installation?
